Format: Open networking and live chats with company representatives
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST
Focus Areas: Each fair highlights 2–3 industries or job functions (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare)
Visibility: Widely publicized and promoted through our marketing channels
Participation: Open to multiple sponsoring companies and attracts thousands of jobseekers primarily in the United States and Canada
🎤 Company Spotlights
These exclusive virtual events are focused on one company and offer a deep dive into its culture, values, and career opportunities.
Format: Presentation + Q&A + optional networking or breakout rooms
Flexibility: Can be private (invite-only) or public (promoted through our platform)
Ideal For: Companies looking to attract targeted talent or amplify their employer brand
🎓 Career Webinars
Quick, content-rich sessions designed to empower job seekers with knowledge, tools, and strategies to grow their careers.
Topics: Referrals, Resume writing, virtual interviewing, job search strategy, insider insights, and more

The virtual career fair and company spotlight event experience is much more than a Zoom call. Participants are immersed in a conference environment with several engagement options.

Lobby | When attendees enter the Black Virtual Career Fair, they’re instantly welcomed into a dynamic virtual lobby — the central hub of the event experience.
From the lobby, attendees can:

Candidate Interaction | Directly interact with visitors on the spot using video and text chat.
You'll have access to two-way communication between candidates and your departmental representatives through various communications tools available for use within the platform.
