  • Black Virtual Career Fair – Employer Pilot Program

    Your organization has been selected to participate in a limited 90-day pilot designed to help employers create consistent candidate flow through targeted sourcing, job distribution, proactive outreach, and ongoing employer visibility.

    This program moves beyond one-time career fairs and provides ongoing support to help your team connect with diverse professionals for priority hiring needs.

    • Biweekly targeted candidate sourcing for up to 3 priority roles
    • Candidate data and resumes delivered through organized, role-based tracking sheets

    Unlimited Job Distribution + Employer Visibility

    • Automated job board with unlimited job postings across all roles
    • Career page or ATS sync for streamlined posting

    Invitation-Only Candidate Sessions

    During the pilot, employers receive access to a private virtual hiring session designed to create stronger candidate engagement.

    • Candidates must submit their resume to receive an invitation
    • Your team reviews candidates first
    • You decide which candidates to invite
    • Direct interaction with pre-qualified, interested professionals

    This provides an additional way to engage candidates beyond standard resume submissions.

    At the end of the pilot, employers may continue through an annual subscription option.
