Unlimited Job Distribution and Employer Visibility
Your open roles are automatically synced from your ATS or career page and promoted across the BVCF platform, newsletter, social media channels, and partner organizations. Ongoing marketing drives applicants across all your roles — not just the three priority positions.
Private Virtual Hiring Session
Each pilot employer receives access to one private virtual hiring session during the pilot term. Candidates submit resumes in advance, your team reviews and selects who to invite, and you interact directly with pre-qualified, interested professionals. A focused alternative to standard resume review.

At the end of the pilot, employers may continue through another quarterly or annual subscription. The pilot rate represents significant savings and gives your team a full quarter to evaluate the BVCF model before committing.
How to Join the Pilot Cohort.

Fill out the short form below. It takes less than 3 minutes. We review every submission personally within 2 business days.
2Confirm Your Spot
After reviewing your registration, we'll send a pilot agreement and invoice. Your spot in the cohort is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement.
3Pilot Launch
BVCF activates sourcing for your priority roles. Your first candidate delivery follows within the first two weeks of the start date.
