What is a virtual career fair anyway?
Candidates register for free. They complete a profile and upload a resume to the career fair platform.
Employers select a participation level for their virtual booth where they showcase their brands and job opportunities.
BVCF marketing campaigns reach a curated, cultivated and talented pool of Northern California Black professionals.
Candidates are encouraged to register early. Employers will have the ability to search the database in advance and schedule chat (text, audio or video) interviews for the day of the fair.
Candidates visit virtual booths for information and live job boards, and interact real-time with employers via text, audio, and video chat.
